Duration: 3 days
The Link 22 Network Design / OPTASK Link Training course builds on existing knowledge of Link 22 network structures and management roles, focusing on the procedures required to plan, configure, and implement a robust and efficient Link 22 network.
Through a combination of theory, guided exercises, and practical scenario work, participants will learn how to interpret and create OPTASK LINK messages to represent and communicate a network plan effectively.
Participants will explore:
Planning procedures for establishing efficient Link 22 networks
Creation and interpretation of OPTASK LINK messages
Network management concepts and design best practices
Practical exercises to apply planning skills in simulated operational scenarios
By the end of the course, attendees will be able to confidently design and document a complete Link 22 network plan, supporting effective coordination and interoperability across coalition operations.
