Dean is an extremely experienced Operational and Technical SME focused in the Air Command and Control (C2) and Tactical Data Links (TDL) specialisations. An ardent professional with 40 years’ experience in the delivery of Air C2 and TDL systems during service in the RAF and subsequently as MOD Civil Servant Engineering PII in support to UK DE&S Delivery Teams. 

A strong track record in the Engineering aspects of system of systems integration processes including Test & Evaluation, widening to SME support during the full CADMID cycle. Operational and technical experience across many different Air C2/TDL systems, leading to successful recruitment on FTA as SME support to DE&S.
