Before joining Atheniem as a Tactical Data Link (TDL) Consultant, Gareth was employed by a well know global Information Technology company as a communications consultant, specialising in TDLs and miliary sensors to meet the delivery of an extensive Air Command and Control System for the MoD. Working within the Test and Integration team, Gareth was responsible for creating and managing integration and test activities. His other responsibilities included the development of appropriate integration plans and procedures, ensuring that they meet the requirements of the customer. Gareth also contributed to the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team, creating and managing technical publications, which supported the delivery of training to over 400 Operators and Maintainers. Gareth has previous experience as an Aerospace Systems Manager, completing 22 years’ service in the Royal Air Force. An excellent career as a professional communications expert, operating and managing complex Air and Space Communication systems.
